At a time when consumers are asking for products with real added value, in terms of taste as well as of manufacture, the Interjurassian Rural Foundation has initiated a special event to enhance the various local food products of Switzerland.

The purpose of the Swiss competition of local food products is to establish an opportunity for direct contact between producers and consumers.
 
15,000 people in 2015... Amateurs of local products are offered the opportunity to meet more than 100 producers at a large-scale exhibition market. Set in a pleasant green environment, this market will be a rendez-vous for all gourmets, allowing them to stroll at leisure from stand to stand, and to discover the flavors of Swiss local and regional products.
