The conference will take place in Delémont, at the Cinémont,

Friday, September 22, 2023, from 10:15 am to 5 pm

The conference takes place in conjunction with the 10th Concours suisse des produits du terroir, which brings together over 1,000 competing products from all regions of Switzerland. In this context, the conference provides an opportunity to take action on the economic, ecological and social development of agri-food chains. The sustainability of our food supply raises questions. Short supply chains and local products are a key issue, if not a solution. In conjunction with the new CEDD (a center of expertise created through collaboration between the University of Neuchâtel and the Fondation Rurale Interjurassienne), this theme will be addressed during the day.
